Music's Living Legend James Brown died of heart failure on Christmas Day. Best known to his fans as "The Godfather of Soul", James Brown was one of the greatest pioneers of contemporary music, influencing rhythm & blues, jazz, soul, gospel, and hip-hop. Without question, he will be missed all over the world.
The horse drawn carriage carrying James Brown's body was ushered down 125th Street and taken to the landmark Apollo Theater.

Thousands of fans and onlookers flooded the streets of Harlem to catch a glimpse of music legend James Brown one last time.
